There’s plenty of free & paid gym work out programs on the net that will tell you to: ‘… do this exercise’ then ‘… do that exercise’ and then ‘… finish up with this exercise’, for each of your muscles. They’re a dime a dozen.
However, the costly mistake gym work out guides make (including the paid ones) that result in cutting your muscle mass gains by half with the same level of effort… is that they don’t first of all cover the Foundational Core Fundamentals of bodybuilding.
This is stuff that you simply need to know in order to truly optimize your ability to make fast muscle mass gains.
